Very Professional and customer centric. I needed to update my network. They didn't just offer solutions, they offer a free in-home consultation to determine what the situation is so that they can offer the best solution. Kevin came to my house, checked out the network configuration, determined where my dead spots were, etc. He then was able to offer a couple solutions, with all the strengths and weaknesses of each, at different price points. The also install the product if you need. My installer, Mandy, was excellent and had my network up and running in minutes!

I contacted Level Up Automation based on the reviews of their clients. I had a 20-year old Pioneer plasma TV that was starting to show its age and had purchased a new Sony 55 inch TV. I needed someone who knew what they were doing to install the new TV and evaluate the surround sound components I had. My first consultation was with Kevin. He looked at my components and the set-up I had and emailed me his recommendations with pricing a day following his visit. Since my components were almost 20 years old, he recommended replacing them. I accepted his recommendations and the components were ordered. Once all of the equipment arrived, the office contacted me and we set up an installation date. The components were installed and the technicians doing the work were all very knowledgeable and efficient. I would highly recommend Level Up Automation to anyone seeking to install or upgrade their audio visual system.
