I have been having an issue with my AV Receiver, and Dave arrived on the scene to save the day. He was very professional, listened to my description of the issue and worked through identifying the issue and finding a resolution. The first thought was a simple resolution, then we moved on to a full reset, but alas, the issue is not reparable. After a good discussion about a way forward, I will say that I will be a customer of Level Up Automation going forward. Their service and commitment to the best solution for a client is amazing.

We honestly can not stop talking about these guys and referring them to friends and family! Professional, great value, amazing service and quality of work! Level Up literally leveled up our business! We just had renovations done at our restaurant and needed to have surveillance set up, sound system and ambiance lights done! These guys did the best and beyond! We had stopped by their office for the first time, the office was clean, very modern and filled with amazing technology that one could chose to modify one's home from lights, to sound systems, to surveillance and much more! Everything was organized and carefully placed! Talking with Jen the owner of the business she set us up with an amazing package and Kevin head of operations met us at our site on install day, everything went smooth and it made our restaurant that much better! Wifi connections down on a Friday at the busiest coffeehouse in town. no POS no music , the upcoming weekend was looking dire. Level Up to the rescue! Thank you to Pedro, the tech that showed up. Great attitude! What a pleasure to work with him and the team. Level Up is a class act! Highly recommended and can't wait to try some of the toys they offer for my home. Seriously these guys rock!

We recently had Level Up put home security system. They were fast, did a great job installing, were very friendly and professional. Braden, presented us with a variety of options to consider. He was wonderful, attentive and knowledgable, just like the rest of the crew who conducted the actual installation. Last year when. I had the tv and speakers installed I had very good things to say about this company. However a year later and I’m having issues with the outdoor tv that was installed, the owner is unresponsive. She will not help us come to a solution about the tv. I would think it would be in her best interest to stand by her customers. We spent a lot of money with this company and the least she can do is help us come to a satisfactory conclusion. There is no visual physical damage or cracks on tv. I am very disappointed in the owner of this company. Her professionalism is sub par.

We have had the pleasure of using Level Up over a few years. We are not technology sound, but the staff there was very patient in helping up get our various systems up and running. There after install service is the best. Highly recommend their products and services.
